My Last Blog Entry

This year I think I will most remember our famous NH people reports. Also our environmental projects and the glogs we did with that. I will remember the wax museum that we did along with the famous NH people reports. I’ll remember the circle note book and the blogs because I never really did anything like that so when I come home nobody asks me what did you do in school today.

I am most proud of accomplishing my Bode Miller report.  It was a challenging writing project, but it was also fun. I am also proud of our posters that we put together with our portraits, timelines and poems.  The wax museum was also great when we got to dress up as who we were studying.

What I am most looking forward to in middle school is the clubs.  The club I am most looking forward to is the ski club. I am also looking to the ice cream dispenser in the cafeteria.  I am looking forward to having two recesses.  I also can’t wait to have lockers.

Have been working on famous NH people mine was Bode Miller. I really loved this project it felt good to learn about somebody that I really wanted to learn about. I think the most challenging part was the topic and concluding sentences for our paragraphs. I am most proud of the final wax museum I loved every one coming over to me and reading my report.

This is my energy conservation persuasive esay

Every day a lot of energy is wasted lights are left on in houses and the heat or A.C. is up really high this is really bad for the environment and needs to stop. It takes 16 times more energy to make an aluminum can to recycle it. Lights use about 20% of all the energy in the U.S. Each person in the U.S. uses about 2500 gallons of oil. To provide enough energy for 1 house in Mexico takes about 66 pounds of coal. The junk mail an American receives each day could provide enough energy to power 250000 houses. Ask your self is this really necessary we don’t have ever lasting energy and we’re wasting it is that what you want to happen.

You don’t totally have to stop using energy but here are some reasons to cut down on your usage. Recycling one aluminum can can save enough energy to power a computer for 3 days. Turning of the lights in 1 room can save 2 pounds of pollutants. Energy efficiency can also save jobs in 2010 it saved 830000 jobs nationwide. With energy efficient light bulbs you can save 30-80% on energy bills. By using the recourse we yours for energy could be wiping it of the earth for millions of years. You may have a habit of using energy and it may be hard to get out of it but you can at least make a little difference.

You may be wondering how can I help here’s how. Shut of the lights in unoqupide rooms. Close the shades so you don’t have to turn up the heat or A.C. Turn the heat down and put on another layer. When you leave the house make sure the heat or A.C. and lights are of. Make sure the refrigerator is not open for to long. Tell your friends to help out too! That’s it that’s all it takes to help the earth.

Don’t worry it’s not just you trying to help I am to we all should try! I shut of the lights and heat or A.C. when I go out. I make sure the refrigerator is not open for too long. I put on a sweater instead of turning up the heat. In the summer I do everything I can so I don’t have to turn up the heat. I try to convince my friends to help out to. It’s not hard it doesn’t take 100 people you can do it!

As a kid I worry about my future and the future for others and what happens to it. We only have a limited amount of the material we use for electricity image a world without electricity! It would be Horrible we all need to help. We all need to work together to help save the environment and the world around us!
